A start to a better you ( how you can begin )

Hello Family

This is what we all want right ? to be healthy and live a good long life. But we ourselves stand in our way for the most part. Here are a few ways how you can start or let me say how we can start !!!

I can tell you this it wont be easy changes is never easy and it wont happen over night . You also need to be ready to commit its like marriage you cant cheat or you will fail!!!!!! It will be a lot of work but in the end it will really help you and I. So let get into it and start today.

1. You need to be in it to win it so your mind set needs to be right once that is sorted you can go about the rest. You need to be ready to improve yourself telling yourself you want that sexy bae. You need to have a positive mind set knowing it will happen in time but it will. Not to give up and stay determine. You also need to be ready to embrace the new you with confidence so get your mind READY.

2. Set your goals and be realistic. Sit down and think where you are and what you would like to accomplish in what period of time so that you dont kill yourself if you know what i mean. So start with a sort term goal first moving at a pace that you know you can handle. That way you stay motivated and feel you getting somewhere and that you end goal will be sweet like honey yipppppeeee.

3. Get the support that you need and want from mother to sister to hubby and kids who ever get that love coming to support you. However remember your success comes from you and you need to carry your own strength. If you plan to gym or join some form of group get a buddy make friends with someone who will uplift you and versa visa.

4. Time to make healthier choices yes you need to look at what you put in your mouth. Get a simple diet to start with or like me just lessen your intake on certain things that makes one pick up weight easily example ( starch , sugar ) get more fiber in and love your greens MAINLY DONT FORGET YOUR WATER. I know what you thinking everyone says the same thing water water and more water but its all true its certainly best for you.

5. Try to move more instead of driving someone that is in reach to walk , take that walk. Put on your sweat pants and tank top and take yourself with kids or dog and go walk at the park for 20 mins it does wonders. If you join a gym go ahead and go walk on a treadmill you dont need to do all the fancy lifting and jumping and kicking no girl no just go walk. This will help a lot.

6. There are so many remedies floating on the internet for weigh lost drinks and who know what but here is my fav and i have seen results trust me.

250ml water ( boiled )

a dash of cinnamon

table spoon of lemon juice

teaspoon of honey

piece of ginger

I take the boiling water pour it in a cup and insert the piece of ginger allowing it to just steep for about 3min. Then i will ad in the lemon juice and cinnamon and honey and stir well. I then have this drink before i go to bed at night and i do the same in the morning before breakfast. This is a miracle drink yes but it helps the process along only if you change you life. I have seen changes and so can you. If you want more info in detail go see on Google there are many stories for this drink. I love it works for me it might not work for all. I am no doctor and expert do remember..

7. Stick with you changes remember this healthy living becomes your lifestyle its not about u do it now and u leave it later it needs to be in your daily routine. So if you know you the person to go and enjoy your junk food every second day or dont care about water or you just love the couch then this is not for you. We all want to feel and look good but not only that we want to be healthy and we can do it if we willing to change.

This is my tips on how i have started and will do my best to continue so good luck to those who wants to make a change.
